After payment is received, please allow 2 to 6 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
All orders include a tracking number, so you can monitor your shipment once it has been dispatched.

Shipping Policy
EcoNatura is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, provided at checkout. Please ensure that your name and address are entered correctly before completing your order.
Once packages are handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged items or delayed packages. Customers are responsible for contacting USPS directly to resolve any shipping issues using the tracking number provided.
We carefully all orders to help ensure they arrive safely. However, we cannot guarantee how packages are handled during transit or the exact delivery date.

Refunds
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
If there's an issue with your order that is unrelated to shipping carrier handling, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can review the matter.
